After our mother's death in March 2022, my sister and I had the duty of selling her Hebron, NH cottage. This complex task, due to living in 2 different states, proved to be a unique situation but was put at ease when Mr. Jon Burbank of Coldwell Banker Old Mill Properties initially sent a heartfelt condolence card. It was at that time we became aware Jon was not only a homeowner within our late mother's Association but, more of an added bonus, also a realtor.

Once we hired Jon, he truly showed his professional abilities in prepping the estate until our arrival in late summer. Communication was always superb, consistent, and timely throughout the process and Jon truly went above and beyond the expectations and duties of an agent to meet our needs.

By the time we got to NH in late July, we prepped the house for sale in less than 3 weeks, thanks in part to Jon's extra help where needed. The concierge moving van service, specifically, was an added bonus to our needs, something you rarely see provided by other realty companies. The house closed at the end of September at which point we were back in our respective hometowns, but Jon continued to keep us posted and updated on all the realty handlings in our absence through the day of closing.
