This 3 bedroom townhouse is located in Village Condominiums which is right in the heart of Waterville Valley. Everything is an easy walk away! Walk in to an open layout with the living room, dining area and kitchen connected on the 1st floor. Just off the living and dining room is a big private back patio, perfect for grilling and immediate outdoor access. The living room offers a cozy wood burning fireplace and the condo is efficiently heated with a direct vent propane heater. Upstairs you'll find 3 good sized bedrooms and a full bath. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed. The second bedroom has a full sized bud and the 3rd bedroom has 2 twins. Loft will be made accessible but to be used at the renters own risk. Owner is an active White Mountain Athletic Club member so their renters have access for a fee. Cable and Internet are included with the rent. Electric and Propane accounts are set up by the tenant. Firewood is paid for at checkout by the renter based on how much is used. This is a great seasonal rental!
