His passion for real estate and commitment to delivering excellence drive Alex's professional journey. Equipped with a Master of Arts in International Economics and Finance, specializing in Real Estate Finance, he offers a solid academic foundation and a sharp analytical mindset that enriches his approach to the local market.

Alex's experience in the commercial real estate industry, particularly with multifamily owner-operator firms, has equipped him with the expertise to navigate a variety of situations. While at Brandeis, his desire to serve his community led him to establish the Real Estate Investment Club, where he focused on lending a helping hand to the next generation of real estate students.

Born in Colombia and moving to the United States at the age of nine, he is fluent in both English and Spanish, providing him with a unique international background and perspective that blends global insights with a deep appreciation for the New Hampshire market.
